All intensives are held in person at my office in Hillsborough, North Carolina.

I work with women ages 18 and older. I do not offer couples therapy or couples intensives.

Yes. Prior experience with IFS therapy is required, along with the ability to notice and connect with physical sensations in your body. This allows us to spend our time together focused on the deeper therapeutic work rather than learning the basics of the modalities.

I understand that plans sometimes change. Because your intensive time is reserved specifically for you, I maintain a no-cancellation policy. If you need to miss or reschedule, you may make up the session during the week before, the week of, or the week following your scheduled time, depending on availability.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee remains due, and a make-up time may not be available.
You will never be charged for a session that I need to cancel, and I will provide as much advance notice as possible for planned time away. -
I am not paneled with insurance companies, and intensive sessions are not reimbursed by insurance.

Yes. Intensives can be a wonderful complement to ongoing therapy. With your permission, I'm happy to coordinate with your primary therapist to support continuity of care. You will be asked to sign a Release of Information (ROI) so that we can communicate as appropriate.
